Sky TV Customer Service

Where do I start? Not that flash is being just way too kind to them. I must, however, thank the dude who came to check out the fault we recently experienced. He was friendly, efficent and even offered to pick me up from work and drop me back.

The rest of the experience derived emotions that I have rarely experienced. I was angry with the telephony service. But ... don't get me started about customer service as a topic.

Amazing how much we missed not having an alternative to free to air TV.
